Denmark – Cleaning services – Tender for a contract concerning the provision of cleaning services in Jammerbugt Municipality

The tender is conducted as a negotiated procedure pursuant to §§ 61-66 of the Danish Public Procurement Act. The tender is conducted by Jammerbugt Municipality, Toftevej 43, 9440 Aabybro, CVR.: 29189439, which wishes to enter into a contract concerning the provision of cleaning services in Jammerbugt Municipality. Jammerbugt Municipality wishes to enter into one overall Contract for the tendered Service. The Service is expected to comprise cleaning at the locations Aaby Sdr. Gade and Kattedamsvej. In addition, the Service includes an option for additional services and the possibility of expansion to new locations. On this basis, Jammerbugt Municipality will enter into a Contract with one supplier for the provision of the Service. The Contract has a duration of 6 years, and Jammerbugt Municipality expects the Contract to enter into force on 11 September 2026. The tender is conducted as a negotiated procedure pursuant to §§ 61-66 of the Danish Public Procurement Act. Jammerbugt Municipality reserves the right to award the Contract on the basis of the Tenderers' initial tenders. In that case, Jammerbugt Municipality will not conduct negotiations. If Jammerbugt Municipality does not enter into negotiations, Jammerbugt Municipality expects the Contract to enter into force on 1 July 2026. The estimated contract value for the entire duration of the contract is approximately DKK 50,000,000 excluding VAT.
