Energinet intends to establish a Supplier Qualification System (‘SQS’) for the procurement of contractors for gas receiving terminal projects. The scope of work for construction and installation contracts to be tendered under this SQS, may include construction of the following items: — building site preparation and surveillance: —— initial planning, ——establishing of construction site. — inlet pipeline and mechanical equipment, — construction of 32” pipeline and pig receiver, — heat exchanger facility, — fuel gas facility, — filter facility, — structure, — piping, — Nybro fiscal metering system, — tie-in to current system, — civil works. —— sewage and draining, —— surface and road construction, —— foundation for mechanical equipment, —— underground piping. (a) excavation works; (b) underground piping. —— building construction, —— Analyser Building AB-5 and 6, — Utility building UB-2 & Instrument building IB-10. The SQS is intended for the procurement of Contractors for gas receiving terminal projects such as the baltic pipe project, as well as for other projects on the Danish transmission system. The SQS may be used for the award of both contracts and Framework Agreements. Energinet is not obligated to purchase solely from the SQS, and may in connection with single-standing purchases choose to tender these independently. The scope of the SQS is the supply of contractors for gas receiving terminal projects which interested companies have to document competences, experiences and references within.
