The customer’s objective purchasing needs thus dictate which category is to be used. • In category 1, the customer states their need for competencies within IT consulting services and the required number of hours, after which the Tenderer offers competencies and prices. • In category 2, the customer defines the task, after which the tenderer offers a task solution in accordance with the customer’s statement of requirements. It is voluntary for all SKI’s customers listed in Annex B, Customer List, to use the system when they need to procure IT consulting services. Procurement of Competency Purchases In category 1, customers may procure IT consulting services within the 14 service areas described in Annex C to meet the customer’s competency needs. The consulting services may be procured in 2 ways. 1. Remuneration form 1: Purchase of consultant hours (number of hours x hourly rate). 2. Remuneration form 2: Purchase of ongoing services (monthly remuneration x number of months + estimated number of hours (time spent) x hourly rate). Procurement of IT consulting services for task completion In category 2, customers may procure IT consulting services within the 14 service areas described in Annex C to complete a specific task. The consulting services may be procured in 3 ways. 1. Remuneration form 1: Purchase of IT consulting services for completion of the described task (number x hourly rate). 2. Remuneration form 2: Purchase of ongoing services (monthly remuneration x number of months + estimated number of hours (time spent) x hourly rate). 3. Remuneration form 3: Purchase of a task solution at a fixed price. Procedure: restricted. Estimated value: 89,307,000,000 DKK.
