The procurement concerns a framework agreement with one supplier regarding the supply of online sensors and online process analyzers as well as associated equipment for Herning Vand A/S’ wastewater treatment plants. During the framework agreement period, Herning Vand A/S wishes to acquire the following products: - pH sensors Estimated quantity: 6 units - Nitrate meters Estimated quantity: 6 units - Oxygen sensor Estimated quantity: 10 units - SS/turbidity meters Estimated quantity: 6 units - UV-VIS meters Estimated quantity: 1 unit - Ammonium analyzers Estimated quantity: 6 units Phosphate analyzers - Estimated quantity: 5 units - TOC/TN analyzers Estimated quantity: 1 unit - Dissolved oxygen sensors Estimated quantity: 8 units - Redox sensors Estimated quantity: 8 units - Conductivity sensor Estimated quantity: 4 units - Sludge blanket meters Estimated quantity: 8 units - Filtration units Estimated quantity: 11 units - Total-P and ortho-P analyzer (ortho- and total phosphate) Estimated quantity: 1 unit - Associated controllers Estimated quantity: 20 units - Analysis robot Estimated quantity: 1 unit Reference is made to Annex 1 - Requirements Specification for further details about the above products. The maximum quantity under the framework agreement may be up to 100% higher than the estimated quantity stated in section 3 of the Procurement Conditions. The contracting authority has chosen not to tender separate lots. Based on financial considerations, the contracting authority has estimated that more advantageous prices can be achieved with a single agreement. For the sake of the quality and coherence of the overall tendered task, one comprehensive Framework Agreement is considered appropriate, just as a division, from a market perspective, is not considered to provide additional companies – including SMEs – with an opportunity to submit tenders.
