Opportunity description
Amgros I/S (Amgros) is a partnership with the 5 regions as partners. Amgros wishes to enter into framework agreements for the medicinal products listed in the individual lots below, with a view to supplying the partners’ hospital pharmacies with medicinal products and possible resale to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Amgros resells the medicinal products to the hospital pharmacies at Amgros’ purchase price with a surcharge. The framework agreements are non-exclusive. The framework agreements are entered into without any purchase obligation, and the hospital pharmacies in the regions are not obliged to use Amgros’ framework agreements. The tender number (lot) covers the following medicinal products: ATC Code: R03DX12 · Generic name: Depemokimab · Dosage form: Solution for injection · Strength: 100 mg · Packaging: Syringe/Pen · Unit value: 0.548 mg · Quantity in units: 9999. Each tender number is regarded as an independent lot and is put out to tender independently of the other tender numbers. A supplier may therefore choose to submit a tender for one, several or all tender numbers, and the award is made separately for each individual tender number. A supplier may therefore be awarded one, several or all lots. Reference is made to the procurement terms and conditions, including regarding the submission of tenders under the individual tender numbers. Under the designation "quantity in units" above, an estimated consumption of the medicinal products under the tender number is stated, but actual consumption may differ significantly from this. Suppliers must anticipate this. The reason for this is that these are medicinal products for patient treatment at public hospitals, where the patient’s needs must be met. Furthermore, the medicinal products put out to tender are covered by one or more recommendations and/or treatment guidelines from the Danish Medicines Council, and consumption of the various medicinal products may be significantly affected thereby. For a more detailed description, reference is made to the procurement terms and conditions and the framework agreement. The maximum value of the lot stated below under section 5.1.5 has been calculated as a share of 100% of the estimated total value of all lots stated in section 2.1.3. This is because all the medicinal products put out to tender are covered by one or more recommendations and/or treatment guidelines from the Danish Medicines Council, which assesses which of the medicinal products put out to tender are recommended for the treatment of different patient populations, possibly such that certain medicinal products are considered equivalent possible first choices, recommended for use in order of priority or similar. The Danish Medicines Council’s assessment may therefore have a significant impact on which of the medicinal products put out to tender are used within different therapeutic areas and patient populations, and consumption of the individual medicinal products may also depend on applicable contract prices. This means that, at the time of the procurement, it is not possible to estimate which medicinal products will primarily be used during the term of the framework agreement, and it is possible that the use of the medicinal products may change significantly during the term of the framework agreements, including in particular upon the approval of new indications for the individual medicinal products, changed treatment of one or more patient populations and similar. Setting the maximum value of the individual lots as a share of the total estimated quantity of all lots is intended to ensure that each of the concluded framework agreements can be used for the necessary purchases. The maximum value has thus been set on the basis of a professional assessment of the potential use of the medicinal products, taking into account the special circumstances concerning the use of medicinal products at public hospitals and the significant impact that the Danish Medicines Council’s recommendation and/or treatment guideline may have on the actual consumption of the individual medicinal products, including significant changes in the consumption of the various medicinal products. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 143,000,000 DKK. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
