Amgros I/S (Amgros) is a partnership with the 5 regions as partners. Amgros wishes to enter into framework agreements for the medicinal products listed in the individual lots below, with a view to supplying the partners’ hospital pharmacies with medicinal products and possibly reselling them to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Amgros resells the medicinal products to the hospital pharmacies at Amgros’ purchase price plus a surcharge. The framework agreements are non-exclusive. The framework agreements are concluded without any purchase obligation, and the hospital pharmacies in the regions are not obliged to use Amgros’ framework agreements. The tender number (lot) covers the following medicinal products: ATC Code: N05CF01 · Generic name: Zopiclon · Dosage form: Tablets · Strength: 3.75 mg · Unit value: 7.5 mg · Quantity in units: 29850.
