Opportunity description

With this tender, the Contracting Authority wishes to obtain tenders for external haulage services divided into two lots for crane truck transport and low-loader transport, respectively.The Contracting Authority’s requirements for the contractual terms are set out in the draft framework agreements (Annexes A1 and A2), while the requirements for the services are described in the technical specifications (Annexes 1.1 and 2.1).The Contracting Authority has divided the framework agreement into 2 separate lots. The distinction between the lots is described in more detail below.Lot 1 – Crane truck transportUsed for the purchase of transport of soil, gravel, sand, asphalt and similar materials. In addition, the lot also includes transport using a tractor unit with a semi-trailer.Lot 2 – Low-loader transportUsed for the purchase of transport of the City of Copenhagen’s equipment and machinery fleet. Examples of equipment can be found in Annex B2.The tenderer may submit tenders for both lots and may be awarded both lots.The estimated value of the framework agreement is 11.500.000DKK, while the maximum value of the framework agreement is 27.000.000 DKK.The estimated values and maximum values of the individual lots are as follows:Lot 1 – Crane truck transport has an estimated value of 8.000.000 DKK, while the maximum value is 18.000.000 DKK.Lot 2 – Low-loader transport has an estimated value of 3.500.000 DKK, while the maximum value is 9.000.000 DKK.The Contracting Authority wishes each lot to be a single-supplier agreement.
