The contracts comprise winter services on roads in Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality.The winter services covered by this tender comprise snow clearance and de-icing using trucks/tractors on carriageways, paths, squares and pavements in Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality.A framework agreement will be concluded with one contractor per contract.The tender comprises the contracts described in Special Work Description section 1.1.1. The contract period is from 1 October 2026 up to and including 30 September 2028. The framework agreement may be extended up to 2 times by 1 year at a time. Thus, the framework agreement, including extension options, expires no later than 30 April 2030.The composition and location are set out in the Special Work Description, Instructions and route maps.The Contracting Authority supplies salt and makes salt spreaders, snow ploughs and brooms available for the trucks/tractors.The Contracting Authority pays for the installation of the front plate and chassis brackets, etc. for mounting the Contracting Authority's equipment.The scope of the winter services depends on the weather. In an average winter, the following can be expected:• 75 call-outs for de-icing on class I roads.• 65 hours of combined operations per route on class I roads.• 65 hours of snow clearance per route on class I roads.• 60 call-outs for de-icing on class II-III roads.• 65 hours of combined operations per route on class II,III and/or IV roads.• 20 hours of snow clearance per route on class II, III and/or IV roads.The winter services must be capable of being performed at all times of the day. Every day of the week, including Sundays and public holidays.The tendered task is described in greater detail in the tender documents.The tender is divided into 18 lots. Tenders may be submitted for one or more lots.The maximum value of the total drawdown across all Framework Agreements during the framework agreement period is DKK 25 million excl. VAT.Once Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality has purchased Services for an amount corresponding to the maximum value stated above, Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality may no longer purchase additional Services under the Framework Agreement, after which the Framework Agreement will terminate automatically, regardless of anything else that may be stated in the Framework Agreement. The Supplier will not be entitled to claim compensation from Faaborg-Midtfyn on the grounds that the Framework Agreement has thereby terminated before the end of the agreement period.Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality has determined the maximum value based on an overall assessment of the uncertainty factors that, at the time the Framework Agreement was put out to tender, existed concerning the estimated consumption during the term of the Framework Agreement and the value of the services covered.The quantity of Services stated in the tender list is therefore the Contracting Authority's best estimate and may vary during the contract period. All quantities are estimated, corresponding to one year's services.
