The Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT, Agency or State) is executing an agency specific contract with a vendor to purchase high speed Internet Egress services. This contract provides a purchasing mechanism for DoIT to purchase high speed Egress services and the ability for DoIT to purchase additional bandwidth in the future, as needed, if needed. This contract is in conjunction with a Universal Service Fund Schools and Libraries Program E-rate Form 470 pursuant to the DoIT Consortium, and Vendor is required to have a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) from the Universal Service Funds Schools and Libraries Program. As part of this contract, Vendors are required to complete and adhere to the E-Rate Supplemental Terms and Conditions included as Attachment A. DoIT is conducting a Pre-Bid Webinar on Tuesday August 18, 2026 at 11:00am CDT. Please register for this event using the registration link included in the IFB documents. Note that the quantities listed on this FCC Form 470 are estimates. Please see the IFB documents for a full description of services solicited. ALSO NOTE: DoIT may choose to order multiple quantities of requested services in order to meet the growing Internet Access needs of the consortium over the term of the contract resulting from this solicitation.
