INVITATION TO QUALIFY – EB144-270364 – Building Electrification This is Phase One of a two phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The project involves the electrification of the DFO ENS Office Building Sydney, NS, including replacement of the existing fuel-oil boilers with new electric boilers, removal of the fuel-oil system and chimney, and associated mechanical, electrical, controls, and building modifications. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers.
