All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on September 3, 2026 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after September 3, 2026 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement to upgrade the existing Door Control System (DCS) equipment at the Millhaven Institution, in Bath, Ontario.
