Opportunity description

The procurement is being conducted to achieve the objectives set by the Eesti.ai programme “The Most AI-Savvy Nation.” This is a large-scale programme for developing awareness and skills related to artificial intelligence, aimed at working-age residents in various professional roles. During the period 2026-2027, the objective is for 100000 working-age residents to complete at least one Eesti.ai workshop or learning bite in another format. As a result of the public procurement, framework agreements will be concluded with several tenderers, valid until 31.12.2027. The framework agreement start date stated in the contract notice is estimated, i.e. performance of the framework agreement will begin upon conclusion of the agreement, taking into account that the deadline for performance of the agreement is the final deadline specified in the procurement documents (31.12.2027). The contracting authority will hold an information session. The information session will take place on 05.08.2026 from 11.00 -12.00.
