Estonia – Training programme services – Organisation of cooperation activities in national defence and civic education within the framework of “Kodanikuakadeemia”

Opportunity description

The Integration Foundation is procuring the organisation of cooperation activities in national defence and civic education within the framework of “Kodanikuakadeemia” in accordance with the technical description of the subject matter of the public procurement set out in Annex 1 to the AD, taking into account the description of the selected lot of the public procurement (see point 1.3.2 of Annex 1 to the AD). The objective of the public procurement is to find partner(s) who will organise the “Kodanikuakadeemia” activities for the target group (see point 1.5 of Annex 1 to the AD) during the period September 2026 – 13 June 2027 for a total of at least 250 unique participants. Up to 2 procurement contracts will be concluded to achieve the objective of the public procurement. The activities defined in the procurement contracts to be concluded as a result of the public procurement must be carried out during the period from the conclusion of the procurement contract (approximately August 2026) until 30.06.2027 or until the total financial value of the procurement contract has been exhausted, whichever occurs first. / Grounds for exclusion and qualification conditions: See the procurement documents. The Ida-Viru County activities are aimed at residents of Ida-Viru County. The activities will be carried out in the region’s larger cities. Different activities within one module may take place at different locations in the region. At least 125 unique participants will take part in the region’s activities, and they are preferably to participate in more than one activity and module. The estimated value is 48 000 euros excluding VAT, taking into account the contracting authority’s expectation that the estimated cost of the final event will not exceed 3 000 euros excluding VAT. / Grounds for exclusion and qualification conditions: See the procurement documents. The Northern Estonia activities are aimed at residents of Northern Estonia. The activities will be carried out in the region’s larger cities. Different activities within one module may take place at different locations in the region. At least 125 unique participants will take part in the region’s activities, and they are preferably to participate in more than one activity and module.
