Opportunity description

The invitation to tender was based on the dynamic purchasing system established by Hansel Oy, ''Social welfare and healthcare personnel leasing 2021-2025 (DPS)''. The contracting entity, Lapin hyvinvointialue, invited tenders for the leasing of specialist physicians in the social welfare and healthcare sector for Länsi-Pohja Central Hospital in Kemi and Lapland Central Hospital in Rovaniemi, in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes. The minimum requirements for the services being procured were described in the invitation to tender and its annexes. This procurement concerned the contract period. The assignment period for the professionals in all lots included in the procurement is 1.9.2026–30.9.2027, meaning that the first shifts of the specialist physicians covered by the procurement will be agreed for September 2026. The procurement was divided into 26 lots. This contract award notice announces the outcome of the lots other than lot 2. A lot-specific procurement decision was made for each lot, and one (1) Supplier was selected to provide the leasing of specialist physicians in accordance with the lot. The division of the procurement into lots was based on the specialties of the specialist physicians required and the hospital for whose service provision leased personnel were procured. In addition, the division into lots was made to distinguish daytime work from on-call duty and, in part, on the basis of the times of on-call duty and an individual targeted need for remote consultation services.
