Opportunity description

The purpose of this consultation is the performance of maintenance, window cleaning and cleaning services for the premises of the Crous of La Réunion and Mayotte. The buildings are located in the municipalities of Saint-Denis (97400), Saint-Pierre (97410) and Le Tampon (97430). The services are distributed across the following sites: * Saint-Denis site (Moufia Campus): -Administrative area: Offices, meeting rooms and staff dining room located on levels RJ, R0 and R+1 of the Houat building. -Houat university residence: 6-level building comprising 96 student accommodation units and common areas (5 communal kitchens, 1 laundry room). -Offices and sanitary facilities of the Directorate of Real Estate Assets and Sustainable Development, located in the immediate vicinity. * Le Tampon site (Le Tampon Campus): - Administrative area and dining room located on the upper floor of the University Restaurant (RU). - International Reception Residence (RAI): 4-level building comprising 40 accommodation units and common areas. - Traditional Residence: 4-level building comprising 56 rooms and common areas. - Anne Mousse Residence: 4-level building comprising 100 accommodation units and common areas. * Saint-Pierre site (IUT Campus): - Traditional Residence: 3-level building comprising 45 rooms and common areas. -Lémuria Residence: Building of 4 to 5 levels comprising 200 accommodation units (195 studios and 5 T1 bis) and common areas.
