This consultation is launched under the following procedure: Open invitation to tender – Articles R.2124-2 1° and R.2161-2 to 5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The purpose of the consultation is: Maintenance of the common areas of the real estate assets in the CCAS private and public property portfolios, as well as restoration of housing in reception and accommodation facilities. Framework agreement with purchase orders Minimum: 5,000.00 Euros Maximum: 30,000.00 Euros In value, in Euros excluding tax. Administration estimate: 23,979.72 Euros (established for a period of 12 months) Duration (excluding renewals): 12 months Number of possible renewals: 3 Start of the contract: Upon notification of the contract.
