Opportunity description

A purchasing group has been established pursuant to Articles L.2113-6 and L.2113-8 of the French Public Procurement Code. It includes the establishments of the GHT of La Réunion (CHU, Centre Hospitalier Ouest Réunion, Établissement Public de Santé Mentale de la Réunion, Groupe Hospitalier Est Réunion) and the Hôpital des Enfants - Association Saint-François d'Assise (ASFA). In accordance with the Agreement establishing the purchasing group, the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de la Réunion is designated as Coordinator of the Group. The Coordinator acts as the Contracting Authority. It signs and notifies the contracts, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
