France – Ambulance services – PROVISION OF GROUND MEDICAL TRANSPORT AND PASSENGER TRANSPORT SERVICES FOR THE HÔPITAUX DE PROVENCE REGIONAL HOSPITAL GROUPING

Opportunity description

The framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. The procedure is the relaunch of lots declared unsuccessful in consultations launched previously (2025-0723 and 2025-0792). The services are paid for at unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The maximum value of the framework agreement over its total duration, all lots combined, is 5,200,000 excluding tax. The provisions of these Special Administrative Conditions (CCAP) concern: PROVISION OF GROUND MEDICAL TRANSPORT AND GROUP PASSENGER TRANSPORT SERVICES FOR THE HEALTHCARE ESTABLISHMENTS OF THE HÔPITAUX DE PROVENCE REGIONAL HOSPITAL GROUPING (GHT). These are medical transport services for patients lying down or in Professional Seated Transport (TAP), paid for by the healthcare establishment, day and night (24 hours a day), every day of the year, including public holidays (365/366 days/year). Other types of specialized medical and paramedical transport (such as pediatric, bariatric, psychiatric) will be described in the various lots. In addition, group passenger transport and Transport for Persons with Reduced Mobility (TPMR) are also described in connection with the day-care services of the various participating establishments. In the event of legislative or regulatory developments concerning Article 80 of the LFSS, the subject matter of this contract may be amended by means of an addendum, subject to compliance with the Public Procurement Code.
