This contract is a project management assistance contract in connection with the operation to transform and open the public reception areas of the Opéra Bastille. The consultation concerns a single lot: Lot 5: Project management assistance in the areas of interior architecture, signage and furniture. This operation forms part of the ‘'New era, new air'' project, a project to renovate all the sites of the Paris Opera, of which the overall renovation of the Opéra Bastille is one of the main components, and meets the following objectives: - Pursue the ambition of a New Opéra Bastille, more open, at the heart of a new cultural life connected with the audiences of tomorrow: o by opening it to a wider audience, particularly through the development of new cultural and outreach activities; o by rethinking the experience of spectators, patrons and partners; o by developing new event spaces that will also attract a new audience and strengthen the economic model of the Paris National Opera; - Safeguard one of the largest theaters in the world, which is a vital part of cultural life and the cultural economy in France: o by modernizing its stage equipment, so that it can continue to offer artistically ambitious programming sustainably; o by improving employees' working conditions; o by helping to accelerate the ecological transition of the Paris National Opera. The overall renovation work on the Opéra Bastille will be divided into several phases: - The implementation of certain “early” technical renovations across the entire site beginning in 2025 (e.g. renovation of roofs, replacement of sprinkler, access control and video surveillance systems) - The transformation and opening of the public reception areas between 2028 and 2030 (subject of this consultation) - The renovation of stage equipment and spaces planned for 2030-2032, with the objective of improving the working conditions of the technical and artistic teams, bringing all installations and equipment into regulatory compliance, and improving their energy performance. This contract concerns only the project to transform and open the public reception areas. The other projects will be subject to specific consultations Procedure: open.
