Opportunity description
The project consists of constructing a departmental technical center bringing together four distinct functional entities that are currently dispersed, in order to create a coherent and operational technical center. This center will therefore bring together the premises of the AVED service (Departmental Vehicle and Equipment Workshop), the premises of the EDET (Departmental Works Team), the SAGIL (Supply, Property Management and Logistics Service), the premises of the archaeology unit, as well as the shared spaces. Two optional phases are thus identified, designed as a single entity grouped together in a single building, but which may be carried out at different times in 2 phases: - Optional phase 3 comprising the AVED, the EDET premises and the SAGIL, as well as the shared spaces - Optional phase 4 comprising the Archaeology unit. The project, estimated at 6 500 000 euro(s) excluding tax in works, represents a total of 3 370m² of usable floor area, of which 2 290 m² are dedicated to the AVED, 262 m² to the EDET/SAGIL premises, 344 m² to the common areas and 474 m² to the archaeology unit. The outdoor spaces represent 4 580 m² (4 322 m² for phase 1 and 258 m² for phase 2) Procedure: restricted.
