The services requested as part of said competition correspond to the sketch design level (ESQ), as defined by Articles R.2431-8 et seq. of the French Public Procurement Code. The provisional budget allocated to the works by the contracting authority is 7,300,000 euros excluding tax. The structure to be built belongs to the category of new-build building works.
