Project management mission for the rehabilitation of the Manoir de Praud. The operation aims to renovate and transform this “Rezé folly” into a third place, a space for meeting and conviviality. The contract that will be concluded following the initiated procedure will concern the performance of the following project management missions defined by Book IV of Part 2 of the Public Procurement Code and specified in the CCAP: Basic mission within the meaning of Articles L2431-3, R2431-4 and R 2431-5, R2431-9 to R2431-19 of the Public Procurement Code and the Order of 22 March 2019 specifying the technical arrangements for performing the project management mission elements entrusted by public contracting authorities to private-law service providers, namely the DIAG + missions and Basic mission (APS – APD – PRO including DQE – ACT including DCE – VISA - SYNTHESE – DET – AOR) The following complementary missions (optional, cf. Article 5.1.1 below) Product, equipment, material and waste diagnostics (PEMD) Dynamic Thermal Simulation Study (STD) Daylight Factor Study (FLJ) Life Cycle Analysis Study (ACV) Fire Safety Systems Coordination (SSI) Scheduling, Management and Coordination of the construction site (OPC) The candidate, alone or as part of a group, must possess the following competencies: Architecture (lead contractor), Sustainable development & environmental quality, Structure, Building services, Thermal engineering, V.R.D, Acoustics, Construction Economics, OPC, SSI, PEMD.
