The purpose of the consultation is to perform the project management assignment for an asbestos removal, demolition and construction operation involving a development of 18 dwellings distributed between 2 buildings, named "Les Terrasses du Mercantour", located at 10 Avenue Kellerman in Saint Martin de Vésubie (06450), from the PRO phase through to the AOR phase, on the basis of the Preliminary Design (APD) already approved. This consultation is a relaunch; the ESQ, APS and APD assignments have already been completed under a previous contract that was terminated. Amount of the works to be carried out: 3,500,000 euros excluding VAT. The components and characteristics of the services are described in the Specifications attached to the Tender Documents (DCE).
