Opportunity description

This framework agreement concerns the conducting or updating of audits, and the monitoring of compliance with accessibility regulations for nearly 200 Establishments Open to the Public (ERP), including in particular the following assignments: - Conducting audits; - Filing an ACAM (Authorization to Construct, Fit Out or Modify an Establishment Open to the Public - ERP); - Requesting an exemption; - Monitoring and acceptance of work through to the issuance of accessibility certificates. The ERPs concerned are located within the real estate portfolios of CDC HABITAT, CDC HABITAT SOCIAL and MEECAM, located in Île-de-France (75/77/78/91/92/93/94/95).
