MISSIONS UNDER THE FIRM PHASE: - Finalization of the overall plan (with phasing, definition of the lot subdivision plan, development capacity by lot, costing, and phasing) consistent with the feasibility studies already carried out and in accordance with the PLUi regulations in force; - Assistance with drafting the creation dossier and the implementation dossier: calculation of buildability and transmission to SPL AVENIR DEVELOPPEMENT, which will draft the proposed overall construction program; - Drafting of the architectural, urban, landscape and environmental specifications (CPAUPE); - Communication assistance (public meetings and overall communication strategy); - Water Law dossier; - Preparation of overall preliminary design studies (AVP) - Preparation of overall design studies (PRO) - Preparation of lot sheets; - Monitoring of building permits in the capacity of coordinating architect and urban planner for the ZAC; MISSION UNDER OPTIONAL PHASE TO1: Additional communication assistance (urban walks, thematic workshops); MISSION UNDER OPTIONAL PHASE TO2: Monitoring of the overall plan to ensure adaptations throughout the duration of the operation (minor changes, changes requiring revision of the site plan, incorporation of building permits); MISSION UNDER OPTIONAL PHASE TO3: Support for amendment of the PLUi MISSION UNDER OPTIONAL PHASE TO4: Monitoring and acceptance of transferred building lots / technical coordination related to developers' projects MISSION UNDER OPTIONAL PHASE TO5: - Assistance with the award of works and supply contracts (DCE and ACT) - Approval of execution studies - Compliance review (VISA) - Management of the execution of the works (DET) - Assistance with acceptance operations (AOR) see RC Procedure: neg-w-call.
