The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a framework agreement with subsequent contracts to provide intellectual and assistance services for operations relating to drinking water. The framework agreement is not divided into lots. It is single-award and concluded for a maximum of EUR 6,000,000 excluding tax. It is awarded for a period of two years, renewable three times for successive periods of two years, for a maximum total duration of eight years. The provisional notification date is set for 15 December 2026. The services will be performed throughout the SESV's area of operation, covering 86 municipalities and approximately 35,000 inhabitants.
