This consultation concerns a restricted competition organized by the Métropole du Grand Nancy with a view to selecting the winner or winners authorized to enter into negotiations for the project management contract awarded without prior publication or competition for the construction of an intermunicipal central kitchen. Project management contract covering the studies and construction work for the new central kitchen. Type of operation: new construction of a building. The project is initially being undertaken by a joint procurement group comprising 10 municipalities of the Métropole du Grand Nancy. Ultimately, project ownership will be assumed by a dedicated Local Public Company (SPL), bringing together several municipalities (including those in the joint procurement group) of the Métropole du Grand Nancy, as well as other public-sector stakeholders wishing to participate in this initiative. Procedure conducted by the Métropole pursuant to Article L.5211-4-4 of the CGCT. This operation forms part of the renewal of collective catering facilities in the territory. The creation of this new central kitchen aims to modernize and pool collective catering production facilities at the intermunicipal level. It will enable the partner local authorities to have access to a high-performance facility meeting current requirements regarding food quality, local sourcing, health safety, and environmental transition. Estimated financial budget for the operation (studies and works): €12,600,000 excluding tax, i.e. €15,120,000 including tax, April 2026 value, including kitchen equipment and remediation.
