Grand Cognac plans to create a shooting range in Ars. This construction will enable the Shooting Society to welcome new members in a suitable facility, organize regional-level competitions and championships in accordance with the standards of the French Shooting Federation, and offer members a broader range of activities by developing recreational and competitive sport shooting for adults and young people. This facility will also be made available to law enforcement agencies: the gendarmerie and police services for their training. The purpose of this procurement procedure is to organize a restricted design competition for the design and construction of a shooting range in Ars. The procurement procedure will take place in 2 phases: - Phase 1: selection of applications, - Phase 2: ranking of projects Procedure: restricted.
