Opportunity description

The services entrusted to the contractor will be: - a DIAG (diagnostic) assignment; - a basic project management assignment for building rehabilitation, namely: • AVP (preliminary design: outline and final) • PRO (project studies and, where applicable, building permit) • ACT (assistance with the award of works contracts, preparation of the tender dossier for companies, including administrative documents, analysis of tenders, etc.) • VISA (review of compliance with the project and approval of the execution studies carried out by the contractor(s) holding the works contract(s).) • D.E.T (Management of the Execution of the Works) • A.O.R (Assistance with acceptance operations and during the perfect completion period). - O.P.C assignment (Scheduling, Management and Coordination). - C.S.S.I. assignment (Coordination of Fire Safety Systems). The assignment entrusted to the contractor will be a project management assignment comprising the DIAG, APS, APD, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR, OPC and CSSI elements. Procedure: open.
