Consultation launched within the framework of a group purchasing arrangement, coordinated by Saint-Etienne Métropole. Details of the tasks entrusted to the contractor are set out in the specifications. At this stage, the estimated overall cost of the works is EUR 2,488,000 excluding VAT.
