The contract concerns a project ownership assistance assignment for the architectural, technical, functional and, where applicable, scenographic programming relating to the King Khaled Palace site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, comprising the palace, its gardens and the adjoining mosque, with a view to reusing the site. This assignment covers the architectural, functional, technical and regulatory, museographic and scenographic (where applicable), and economic fields. The program must describe the technical objectives to be achieved, taking into account the site’s operating constraints, and identify all the work to be carried out to meet these objectives. The assignment is divided into a firm tranche and an optional tranche: > Firm tranche: o Phase 1: Assessment of the current situation o Phase 2: Assistance with the emergence of the idea / Feasibility / Preliminary program o Phase 3: Preparation of the detailed technical, functional and environmental program > Optional tranche: In-depth study of the scenographic and museographic component The contract is a composite contract comprising: - A portion handled at fixed prices in accordance with the DPGF and corresponding to services whose performance begins upon notification of the contract or when the optional tranche is made firm. - An order-based portion handled at unit prices in accordance with the BPU and taking the form of a framework agreement, for services that will be subject to a subsequent order according to OPPIC’s needs (additional services and travel to Saudi Arabia). The performance of services under the order-based portion will result in the issuance of purchase orders as and when OPPIC’s needs arise. The order-based portion is concluded in the form of a framework agreement with no minimum and with a maximum amount set at €50,000 excluding tax.
