This consultation concerns the conclusion of a single-award framework agreement and its subsequent contract No. 1 for design management services for the Toulouse Left Bank flood protection system, as well as the performance of specific assignments and studies for the following structures: - Section G5-2 - Hôtel Dieu St-Jacques building, - Section G6 - Support piers of the Grande Porte Viguerie (hemicycle gate), - Section G7-1 - La Grave Hospital building, - Section G7-2 - Martinet hydroelectric power plant building. These are unconventional, complex flood protection structures, built of old masonry and forming part of remarkable heritage sites (in particular listed as Historic Monuments for the Hôtel-Dieu and the Hospice de la Grave). Mixed framework agreement with subsequent contracts and purchase orders MAXIMUM THRESHOLDS OF THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT: The maximum amount for the initial period is set at 2.5 million euros excluding taxes.
