The assignment entrusted to the Project Manager constitutes the basic assignment within the framework of rehabilitation operations for building structures. This basic assignment is supplemented by the following services: - "Technical" Diagnostic Element - Additional "Energy" Diagnostic Assignment - "PEMD Diagnostic" Assignment - "Thermal Studies" Assignment The OPC assignment will be entrusted to an external service provider. The works will be carried out in unoccupied premises. Candidates must present a multidisciplinary team composed of specialists capable of covering all the disciplines required to perform the assignment and bringing together, at a minimum, expertise in the following fields: - Architecture, - Building thermal engineering, - Building structural engineering, - Thermal engineering (DPE 3CL + THC-ex method), - Technical The duration of 38 months indicated in this notice includes the duration of the studies, the duration of the works procurement process, the duration of execution of the works and the one-year perfect completion period. The estimated financial allocation for carrying out the works is 2,800,000 euro(s) excluding tax. The estimated duration of the works (excluding the preparation period) is 16 months. The estimated start of the works is scheduled for October 2027. The project management assignment concerns the rehabilitation of 6 collective housing units, of which 2 are type II, 2 are type III and 2 are type IV, and 24 individual housing units, of which 6 are type II, 10 are type III and 8 are type V, with a thermal performance level of energy rating C to be achieved.
