Opportunity description

This functional program concerns the award of a framework agreement with purchase orders for project management services: - For the creation and rehabilitation of hydraulic structures for managing runoff and stormwater - And/or for securing these structures and their ancillary structures. These projects form part of flood prevention efforts and fall within the scope of GEMAPI responsibilities and runoff management under Article 4 of L211.7 of the Environmental Code. The project management services concern operations under the project ownership of Métropole Rouen Normandie. The services may concern structures in the territory where the Métropole exercises responsibility for GEMAPI and runoff management under Article 4 of L211.7 of the Environmental Code, and urban stormwater management structures throughout its territory. The services under this framework agreement relate to structures of the following types: - Earth dam - Retention basins - Developed sinkholes, sinkhole treatment - Rehabilitation of infiltration wells - Conveyance structures: ditches, swales - Erosion control structures The project management services are: EP, AVP, PRO, AMT (Drafting of the DCE and analysis of bids), VISA, DET and AOR Procedure: open.
