Project management consultation for the rehabilitation of the Néris-les-Bains thermal establishment (03), a type U, 3rd-category ERP. The operation concerns the comprehensive modernization of the existing medical thermal establishment, without extension, with the objectives of improving technical, energy and health performance, rationalizing networks, functionally reorganizing treatment areas and circulation routes, functionally dividing the building into sectors, and optimizing operating conditions. In particular, the project aims to simplify and clarify spa guests' routes, improve the establishment's functional legibility, and enable modular operation by zones according to attendance levels. The operation includes, in particular, the complete overhaul of the thermal water processes, the creation of a collective mud bath, the rehabilitation of the thermal pool, the overhaul of the HVAC installations, plumbing and technical networks, discharge and sanitation, as well as the implementation of a centralized technical management system enabling modular operation according to attendance.
