The project owner is SPL Plaine Commune Développement. SPL Plaine Commune Développement acts as the developer of the Quartier Sud Ile-Saint-Denis operation, under the development concession awarded to it by EPT Plaine Commune in August 2023. The services are described in the Special Technical Specifications (CCTP).
