Opportunity description

The negotiated procedure will take place in 2 phases: an APPLICATION phase, at the end of which the candidates admitted to submit a tender will be selected, and a TENDER phase, during which the contracting authority will negotiate with the candidates admitted to submit a tender. The lead member of the consortium must be the architect. The consultation is addressed to multidisciplinary project management teams in the following fields: Architecture, with additional skills or support expected in the following fields: building design in a tropical environment, acoustics, landscaping, construction economics, servicing and maintenance/life-cycle cost, demolition with/without asbestos, including management of waste treatment, reuse and recycling in accordance with PEMD, Engineering: roads and utilities, structure, building services, low voltage and fire safety system coordination, environmental quality of the building in accordance with recommendations on the energy performance of buildings in Réunion, thermal engineering, scheduling, management and coordination of the works.
