Details of the assignments entrusted to the contractor are set out in the specifications. The services are paid for at fixed prices. This operation concerns the thermal rehabilitation of the Goudemand residence in Arras. Located near the city center, this residence consists of 240 collective housing units distributed across three nine-story buildings, comprising eight entrances. The primary objective of the operation is to improve thermal performance by moving from an E rating to at least a C rating, and thus improve the comfort of the housing units. The dimensions of the buildings make them prominent landmarks in the urban fabric. The energy renovation will provide an opportunity to rework the façades and their integration into the urban landscape. High-quality treatment will renew the perception of these buildings, improve their integration, and minimize the “slab block”/large housing estate effect. The architectural proposal must be approved by the Architecte des Bâtiments de France (ABF) and the City of Arras Procedure: restricted. Estimated value: 475,000 EUR.
