This operation concerns the demolition of an existing structure (former petrol station/car wash) and the construction of 29 social rental housing units (broken down as follows: 21 collective housing units and 8 intermediate housing units). It comprises two phases: an asbestos removal, lead removal, deconstruction and decontamination phase, as well as a construction phase for 29 housing units. Overall estimated budget for the works: 4 514 000,00 euro(s) excluding tax. Estimated duration: 46 months (GPA included). - Basic assignments for the deconstruction phase: DIAG, AVP, PRO, AMT, VISA, DET, AOR. - Additional assignments for the deconstruction phase: EXE (VRD), assistance with public consultation and information, OPC. - Basic assignments for the construction phase: ESQ, AVP, PRO, AMT, VISA, DET, AOR. - Additional assignments for the construction phase: EXE (VRD), assistance with public consultation and information, OPC, additional assistance assignments, obtaining labels and certifications.
