Opportunity description

This competition is organized with a view to awarding a Project Management (MOE) contract covering the performance of the following services: Construction of an annex building for the Departmental Archives and a building for the services of the Aveyron Departmental Media Library. The contract awardee will be entrusted with a basic mission: ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, AMT, VISA, DET and AOR, supplemented by the following missions: - CSSI: Coordination of the Fire Safety System. - SYN: Coordination studies. - EXEp: Partial execution studies (preparation of DQEs and sizing of determining elements, including structural elements) - MOB: Furniture The portion of the financial envelope allocated by the contracting authority to the works is 18,000,000 Euros excluding tax, i.e. 21,600,000 Euros including tax (May 2026 value).
