Opportunity description
The framework agreement will be performed through the conclusion of subsequent contracts. The study conducted on the convent highlights serious structural defects requiring interventions suited to its heritage value. The analysis of the remains, based on precise surveys, field observations and historical research, makes it possible to understand the architectural development of the site and the causes of its ruin. --> A four-stage intervention strategy, developed by the architects of Studio Pia and the BMI engineering firm, is proposed to progressively ensure safety while optimizing costs. Stage 1: Immediate emergency - Installation of an electronic monitoring system - Access prohibited (including for animals) Stage 2: Temporary securing - 2a: simple interventions - 2b: complex interventions Stage 3: Permanent consolidation of the ruins --> Beyond this securing, the study proposes an architectural enhancement project: Stage 4: Development of the site - Immersive route through the stabilized ruins; - Free access to the church, the oratory and the bell tower; - Restricted access to the cloister and the convent wing Procedure: open.
