The purpose of this consultation is a project management assignment for the rehabilitation of the Feuillat and Verne residences located at 33-35 rue Feuillat - 14A -14 B rue Verne - 33A-33B-33C and 35D Feuillat in Lyon's 3rd arrondissement. A presentation note on the project is attached to the consultation dossier. The call for applications is open to any team presenting the following skills: -Architect (lead contractor) -Construction economics -Construction scheduling, management and coordination (OPC). Candidates must carry out a mandatory site visit before submitting a tender. The arrangements for the visit are defined in Article 2.5 of the RC. A contract at an adjustable global and fixed price will be awarded to a single company or a consortium.
