France – Architectural services for buildings – Full design and project management services for a development located in lot N3 of the Gare des Mines/Fillettes ZAC in the 18th arrondissement of Paris – 311 housing units for students and young workers

Opportunity description

Design and project management competition based on a sketch design. Details of the tasks entrusted to the contractor are provided in the specifications. The services are paid for at fixed prices. Full design and project management services (ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET and AOR + EVA) relating to: The construction of two buildings housing approximately 7,300 m² SDP of student housing, housing for young workers, and activity or commercial premises on the ground floor. The design and project management teams authorized to compete must comprise at least 2 architectural firms (one of which will be the consortium's lead member), a landscape architect, an environmental engineering consultancy, and engineering consultancies with the following expertise: structural engineering, construction economics, thermal engineering, fluids, reuse and the circular economy, acoustics, and air quality. The design and project management teams must provide evidence of references for new constructions with high standards of usability. This development will be subject to an approach promoting bio-based materials, materials with a low carbon footprint, reused materials, and aiming for a very low level of energy consumption. The ambition must go beyond the objectives of the City of Paris Climate Plan and Bioclimatic PLU and apply the environmental objectives of the CPAUPET for the Gare des Mines - Fillettes ZAC.
