France – Architectural services for buildings – Project management services for restoration, safety and stabilization works at Maillezais Abbey

Opportunity description

The Department has decided to establish this project management framework agreement for the execution of works and safety and stabilization measures at Maillezais Abbey. - The 1st subsequent contract will cover project management services for consolidation and restoration work on the site's northern perimeter wall. - In parallel, additional diagnostic, study and works supervision services relating to other elements of the site may be requested under other subsequent contracts. The project management contract will include a basic assignment for the 1st subsequent contract, while for future subsequent contracts, this may be supplemented by preliminary and additional DIAG and/or OPC assignments. This is a single-award framework agreement with subsequent contracts, with no minimum and a maximum of 635,000 euro(s) excluding tax. The budget allocated to the works is 5,000,000 euro(s) excluding tax, including 1,906,000 euro(s) excluding tax (October 2025 value) for subsequent contract No. 1. Performance of the first subsequent contract is expected to begin at the end of July 2026, with works provisionally scheduled to start in February 2027 Procedure: open.
