Opportunity description

Open invitation to tender subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. Award of a single contract divided into 3 phases: firm phase: APS, APD and PRO assignments for the entire building (indicative duration of the firm phase: 6 months), Optional phase No. 1: DCE, AMT, VISA, DET, AOR and OPC assignments concerning the north façade, timber framework, roofing and 19th-century raised sections, with targeted interventions on the south façade (sealing openings and grout injection) if structurally necessary (indicative duration of optional phase No. 1: 20 months), Optional phase No. 2: DCE, AMT, VISA, DET, AOR and OPC assignments concerning the south, east and west façades. For the west façade, the removal of the cemetery sanitary facilities adjoining the façade must also be taken into account (indicative duration of optional phase No. 2: 20 months).
