Opportunity description

Installation, rental-maintenance and removal of anti-intrusion systems on CLAH's property portfolio. The consultation will result in a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders pursuant to Articles L2125-1.1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The value of all the services is defined as follows: Minimum amount per period €10,000 excluding tax Maximum amount per period: €50,000 excluding tax By way of derogation from Article 3.7.5 of the CCAG FCS, no compensation will be paid if the periodic minimum amount is not reached. The validity period of the framework agreement is the period within which purchase orders may be issued. The first period begins on 16/12/2026 and lasts for 12 months. This framework agreement may be tacitly renewed 3 times for periods of 12 months, up to a limit of 48 months. The renewal arrangements are described in the CCAP. The performance deadlines are described in the CCAP. Furthermore, the contracting authority does not impose any form of grouping.
