Divided into 3 lots, this consultation concerns asbestos, termite and lead diagnostic and project management assignments for municipal buildings, as well as particulate monitoring. The framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for at unit prices. The estimated amounts correspond to the annual order ceilings and are indicative only. Asbestos surveys, pre-work asbestos diagnostics, pre-demolition asbestos diagnostics, lead diagnostics, analyses, termite diagnostics, pre-sale diagnostics. Preparation of Tender Documents, assistance with the award of works contracts, Works Supervision, Assistance with Acceptance Operations, As-Built Documentation. Establishment of a sampling strategy, air sampling, filter analysis by TEM, drafting of the test report and the compliance summary note, visual inspections. Procedure: open.
