France – Asbestos-removal work – Work involving the removal of asbestos and interventions on materials containing asbestos, RCF and lead in a conventional environment (Military Applications Directorate Centers)M)

Opportunity description

The CEA is organizing a restricted adapted procedure with a view to awarding a multi-awardee framework agreement for the performance of work involving the removal of materials containing asbestos (subsection 3) or any intervention on materials, equipment, hardware or articles likely to cause the emission of asbestos fibers (subsection 4) and/or Refractory Ceramic Fibers (RCF) and/or in the presence of lead. This work is carried out in the facilities of the centers attached to the CEA's Military Applications Directorate (DAM), outside designated radiological areas. The framework agreement is divided into 3 separate lots: lot No. 1 (CEA/Valduc center), lot No. 2 (CEA/Le Ripault center), lot No. 3 (CEA/Cesta center). Each lot will have three (3) contractors. The combination of lots is permitted. The framework agreement is concluded for a firm period of twenty-four (24) months, together with two extension options of twelve (12) months each. The framework agreement is classified at the “Très Secret” level within the meaning of the Order of August 9, 2021 approving General Interministerial Instruction No. 1300 on the protection of national defense secrets.
