Framework agreement with purchase orders concluded with a maximum of two economic operators, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value, concerning the performance of energy audits of approximately 154 buildings belonging to Nîmes Métropole and its 38 member municipalities. Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of one year, renewable three times. The contract is not divided into lots, and the services will be paid for by applying the prices in the Unit Price Schedule to the quantities actually performed. Energy audits Procedure: open.
