France – Banking services – Banking services: account maintenance, payment methods and cash management for the CRPNPAC

Opportunity description

The purpose of this contract is to provide the CRPNPAC and the entities within its scope with the following banking services: • the maintenance and management of the euro accounts within the scope of the contract; • the execution of collection transactions; • the execution of disbursement transactions, in particular the submission of transfers corresponding to pension payments; • cash management, including remuneration of surpluses and access to short-term investment instruments; • the centralization of cash within the scope; • the provision of an online banking platform and data exchange systems with the CRPNPAC information system; • the aggregation of accounts opened with third-party institutions; • the deployment, acceptance testing and switchover of the system, followed by its reversibility at the end of the contract.
